Sleeps: Up to 4 guests (excluding infants), travel cot available on request.
Check in: Self check in after 4pm
Check out: 10am
Minimum stay: Easter to September, minimum stay 7 nights. October to March, minimum stay 3 nights.
Nightly rate from: £120 (based on 7 night stay in low season).
Booking deposit: 25% at the time of booking. Payable by major cards or Paypal.
Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. In the case of booking within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.
Damage deposit: £150 (returned in full within 7 days of checkout so long as no damage has been caused).
Pets: We happily accept up to 2 dogs. Please be aware there is a charge of £15 per dog, per stay.
Parking: Paid parking is available near the property.

Cancellations: COVID-19 continues to impact the holiday market. Please see our terms and conditions for the latest information. For all non COVID-19 cancellations; a full refund minus the deposit will be paid when the trip is cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 4-8 weeks of arrival a 50% refund will be given. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival, no refund will be available.
